Refund and exchange

We currently only offer exchange of product if you did not receive a complete order, your order is wrongly sent or the product received is defected.

  • Incorrect/Incomplete orders
    In the event you have received incorrect or incomplete orders, kindly send us a photo of the items you have received together with your order number. We will proceed to send the correct items to you within 3 working days.

  • Defective products
    We perform thorough checks of your order before shipping them. However if you have received a defective item, we offer a 1-1 exchange within the first month of you receiving the items. We will require photo proof of the defects. For international orders, unfortunately we will not be able to replace your defective item but we will issue you a discount code for your next purchase.
